There’s something special about taking time to connect with plants, to experience the tranquility of forests and fields. @shawnharri5 creates a lyrical exploration of the world of flora in Have You Ever Seen a Flower? A young girl takes a car trip out of the city into the countryside, where she finds herself surrounded by the bright, blooming expanse of nature. Harris crafts his engaging text in the form of questions, beckoning readers to shrink down and immerse themselves in the grandeur of flowers; he accompanies these prompts with expressive illustrations in pencil and colored pencil, dominated by eye-popping pinks, greens, and yellows. By the end of the book, the question “Have you ever seen a flower?” becomes “Have you ever been a flower?” and we are invited to celebrate the marvelous unity of all life. #flower #flowers #nature #life #wonder #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcover #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
