Take a gander at the fanciful tale of Little Hobbin, an original work by nineteenth-century German author Theodor Storm, illustrated by the renowned Lisbeth Zwerger. In this peculiar bedtime story, a young boy’s boundless energy overwhelms all those who seek to bundle him off to sleep...even the moon itself. Storm rounds out his cautionary tale with a warm and happy ending, striking a delicate balance between austerity and reassurance, while Zwerger’s characteristically spare watercolors add a tone of quiet mystery to the playful proceedings. #lisbethzwerger #theodorstorm #moon #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcover #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookillustrations #picturebookart #classicchildrensbooks #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
