Come take a walk with me through The Paradise Garden by Colin Thompson. In this quietly beautiful slice of magical realism, a young boy takes refuge from the clamor and disarray of his everyday life by running away to hide out in a lush and mystical urban garden. Thompson’s delightful spreads contain a mind-boggling plethora of minuscule details, often so densely packed as to suggest intricate puzzles, labyrinths, and treasure hunts. #colinthompson #paradise #garden #paradisegarden #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcover #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookillustrations #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
