Here is another Puss in Boots book for your viewing pleasure, this one adapted by Carolyn Magner and Judith Cheng. Magner conveys the story succinctly with a few tweaks here and there; notably, she replaces the fearsome ogre with a sorcerer, human in appearance but still possessed of magical shapeshifting ability. The warm palette and soft textures of Cheng’s cheery illustrations lend a lighthearted tone to the proceedings. #cat #boots #fairytale #folklore #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcover #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #classicchildrensbooks #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
