There’s a dollop of mayhem and a light streak of the supernatural afoot in The Troll Music by Anita Lobel. A traveling band makes a living moving from town to town and playing songs for the people. One night, while the musicians are sleeping in the forest, a little troll attempts to rouse them for a tune; when they slumber on, the vengeful creature casts a spell that causes their instruments to produce animal noises. The troubadours must work together to find the troll and convince him to remove the spiteful enchantment. With appealing text and charming illustrations, Lobel crafts an original story of magic and merriment. #troll #music #musician #musicians #instrument #animal #animals #magic #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbooks #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
