@khoa.le.artwork’s Sun and Moon Sisters takes us to a strange and wondrous place, where we find a story of high magic driven by an entirely familiar sense of uncertainty and insecurity. The plot begins in a metaphysical plane of astral bodies high above the earth. The sun and the moon, incarnated as two sisters, cannot decide which of them is more important and more loved. To resolve the question, they decide to switch places. This plan has disastrous results: first Sun shines all night and keeps everyone awake, and then Moon renders the earth cold and dark during the day. Finally, the children of the earth explain that the two celestial bodies are equally important, for each has a critical role to play as long as they work together.
