Have nightmares ever troubled your sleep? If so, have a look at The Night Lion by @sannedufft. Morgan has an active imagination. With his hat and sword, he loves to embody the character of a brave knight. When the figure of a shadowy robber in his nightmare causes him to fear sleep, his Nana brings him a toy lion. The stuffed animal enters Morgan’s dreams as a living, breathing creature, and the two form an instant bond, stronger than any menacing apparition. Originally published in German under the title Magnus und der Nachtlöwe, Dufft’s simple text explores the universal theme of childhood nighttime fears, while her art creates moments of powerful emotional truth. #night #lion #sleep #dream #dreams #nightmare #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
