This is an adaptation of The Twelve Dancing Princesses, written by Marianna Mayer and illustrated with the lush paintings of Kinuko Craft, better known as K. Y. Craft. The fairy tale holds a powerful fascination for young and old alike with its resonant central image of a bed sinking beneath the floor to reveal a secret passage to another world. #kinukoycraft #mariannamayer #twelvedancingprincesses #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcover #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookillustrations #picturebookart #classicchildrensbooks #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
