For a silent yet eye-popping journey, have a look at Picturescape by Elisa Gutiérrez. On a field trip to an art museum, a boy is mysteriously transported inside the world of the art in the exhibits. He travels from painting to painting, seeing all there is to see, until his teacher is able to pull him out and return him safely to the world he knows. Through heavily textured drawings with wild and warped perspective, Gutiérrez creates a strikingly original wordless adventure. #picture #pictures #painting #paintings #art #bus #trip #fieldtrip #museum #adventure #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbooks #picturebook #picturebooks #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
