Feast your eyes on @fayehansonillustrator’s The Wonder. A young boy views the world around him with a creative eye, always daydreaming and spotting the potential for magic within everyday objects. Over the course of a single morning, he asks himself deep questions about birds, clouds, signs, playgrounds, and stars. All the adults in his life insist that he remained focused on real life—except for his art teacher, who gives him a piece of blank paper and simply tells him to use his imagination. In response, the boy draws the answers to his questions and boldly realizes his own artistic vision. Hanson augments her spare narrative with eye-popping illustrations that place the reader squarely inside the mind of the boy’s fantasy world. #wonder #boy #imagine #imagination #art #draw #drawing #fantasy #world #book #books #childrensbooks #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
