The book of the day is Little Cheetah’s Shadow by Marianne Dubuc. Here you’ll find a gentle story that explores emotion, empathy, and forgiveness through a lightly metaphysical friendship. Little Cheetah cannot find his shadow. He looks and looks everywhere. Little Shadow, it emerges, has run away and climbed up a tree, feeling sad that Little Cheetah always walks ahead of him and lets doors slam on his tail. When they reverse their roles, each experiences the other’s perspective and their loving bond grows even deeper. With engaging text and charming art, Dubuc crafts a quietly lovely tale of tenderness and mutual understanding. #little #cheetah #shadow #friend #friends #friendship #book #books #childrensbooks #beautifulbook #beautifulbooks #beautifulbookcovers #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
