We stand on the verge of Halloween: the precipice of darkness. Let Adrienne Adams provide a gleam of good cheer with her charming book A Woggle of Witches. The full moon rises over a dense forest. A sleepy pack of witches arises and prepares for revelry. They sit at a long banquet table for a merry feast, and then they mount their broomsticks and soar into the air. After a brief rest stop on the moon, they touch down in a cornfield. Suddenly, a parade of trick-or-treaters happens by, sending the witches scurrying to hide behind a few oversized pumpkins. Once the coast is clear, the frightened coven returns safely home. With engaging dialogue and deep, rich colors, Adams fashions a delightful and energetic Halloween romp. #witches #witch #fly #flying #moon #pumpkin #pumpkins #trickortreat #halloween #book #books #childrensbooks #picturebook #picturebooks #picturebookillustration #picturebookart #childrensbookillustration #childrensliterature #illustration #kidlit #kidsbooks #bookworm #booklover #booklovers #bibliophile #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagrammers #instabook #instabooks
